Adelaide's Ray Sutton Shield side have topped our group in the minor round stage, and qualified for the competition's Grand Final coming up on Sunday the 19th November.
Some very even team performances over the 5 game minor round have Damian Patton's team through by the barest of margins to host Northern Districts at Park 23 on Sunday.
A cracking win against Sturt on the weekend at Bailey Reserve saw Adelaide grab the top spot in Group 1 by 0.01 of a point, enough to put us through to the Grand Final just ahead of the strong Glenelg outfit. The tiniest of margins would have been reversed by just one wicket or a couple of runs over the course of 5 games, so the guys have done exceptionally well in staying switched on through to the very end.
With an impressive line-up of burgeoning talent, we look forward to putting our best effort forward on Sunday.
The Grand Final kicks off at 12.30pm this Sunday, 19th November, at 'Bone Timber Reserve', Park 23, in the western parklands.
