In the late 1970's the members of the club decided that the club had to move from the Adelaide Parklands and acquire a "proper" home clubrooms and exclusive use of a playing field. The club negotiated a sub-lease of Bailey Reserve within Clarence Gardens, in Adelaide's inner southern suburbs.
However in 1996 the nearby Glandore Oval complex became available. The efforts of the Marion City Council in helping arrange the lease for the club allowed us to move from Bailey Reserve during pre season in mid 1996. The clubrooms have since been enhanced and the grounds improved to provide an enviable venue for playing and watching cricket.
Our club plays it’s ‘1st’ and ‘2nd’ grade home games and has its clubrooms at the beautiful Glandore Oval, off South Road, Glandore, in South Australia. Access to the Clubroms is via Naldera Avenue.
Other Senior Teams (3rds & 4ths) use as their home ground the Bone Timber Reserve, Park 23, at West Terrace in Adelaide; so named after long term sponsor and Life Member, Mr. Howard Bone.
Since 2017/18, the West Beach Playing Grounds have provided the home game location for all of Adelaide's regular Junior Teams, the Under 16's (Red & White) and the Under 14's (Red & White). The respective home teams play adjacent each other on turf pitches at Tapley's Hill Road, West Beach, near the corner of Ingerson Street. Access is from Ingerson Street or into a carpark off of Burbridge Road.
Adelaide's Under 17's, Ray Sutton, Under 12's and the younger "Junior Buffs" teams operate over shorter, select periods during the season, and often from Glandore Oval itself
